Expiring credit card

I have Premium and my credit card is expiring but when I try to update the card it's treating it as if I'm opening a new account. That would be fine except I don't want to lose all of my playlists and all of the songs I have saved in my Library. Can anybody help??

That's odd.

Can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure that no sensitive info is visible in the image.
