So I cant remember my password when I go to reset my password it asks me for my old password!! How annoying is that, I wouldnt be getting a new one if I remembered. Been going round in circles for an hour. That and trying to update my billing info. It wont take my Amex Security Code despite it being thne one on my card, so I havent resolved that and finally the email address I have on file is no longer in use, but again, when I try to update it, it wont let me. I'm so angry right now with a flaede system that only helps the retailer and never the consumer

You don't have to remember your old password. Just visit this page and fill in your email or username. Spotify will send you an email with your new password.
