Facebook Connect error "There is a temporary error, please try again later"

For months, I've tried to connect my facebook to my spotify, but I always get the "There is a temporary error, please try again later" error. I've tried removing the spotify app from facebook and reconnecting, uninstalling spotify from my computer and trying from several different computers and devices.

Any advice?

Go to:

https://play.spotify.com/settings

In there you'll find "Connect my account to Facebook'.

See if that does it.

That seemed to work, but I have to reconnect every time I open spotify - it doesn't keep connected.
