Facebook Deactivation Problem

Facebook Deactivation Problem

So I deactivated my facebook recently, and reactivated again.

Now when I log back on spotify, it treats me like a new user with Spotify Free, but my card just got charged for the premium fee, too.

How to fix it ?

Hi there,
Welcome at the Spotify Community!

Unfortunately when you delete Facebook, the bridge between your accounts got deleted too.

Please get in touch with Spotify, and include the following to verify that you're the owner:

  • Date of birth
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card
  • Your old Facebook mail address
  • Your new Facebook mail address

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify aims to rely within 24 hours.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter for help.
