Facebook Disabled My Account

A few weeks ago Facebook decided to disable my account and not tell me why. Now I can't log into my old Spotify account because I used that Fb account to make it. I was just wondering if there was a way to recover that account, or at least the playlists I had made and saved on it. Any help or advice is appreciated, thank you.
