I logged into Spotify using my Facebook details, however it was not my official account as it had a different email address etc, I did not realise this, and I set up the student Spotify premium deal. As the Facebook Spotify account did not have all my saved songs etc. I cancelled the Spotify Student Premium Deal in order to set it up on my original and official account which uses my email address and password to log in. However, when trying to sign up for the same student deal, Spotify said I had availed of this offer already due to the other account. I now want to avail of this student deal on my official account but I don't know how to prove in the authentication steps that I am a student.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook.
