Facebook account and premium account got separated

I used to have my FB account attached to my spotify account, but then they got separated. Now I can't rejoin them. Every single time it gives me an error and tells me to try again later. How can I fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you have created a Spotify account using your Facebook details which is why you can't merge them. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to delete the extra account for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
