Facebook account connected but Name & Photo does not appear

My Question or Issue

For the past couple of months my Facebook name and profile pic is not connecting to my Spotify account. I've gone through the loop of disconnecting from Facebook (via Apps) and reconnecting to Facebook (via both Settings in the App and Login screen on Desktop) many, many times. Could you please help? Thank you!

thanks for posting !

I recommend visiting your account page over at Spotify.com.

Click on "Sign Out Everywhere", then make sure the "Process my FB data" tab is on.

Then, relog on all accounts and give it 24hrs to sync back properly.
