Facebook account eliminated, how do i enter?

My Question or Issue

 Hello, like a month ago, i eliminated my facebook profile, and my spotify account was created trough facebook, so now i can't enter to my spotify account and i've been lost all my music.

The only thing that i saved, is my string of numbers and letters.

Can i access to my account from this way?
There is a option to recover my account, thank you so much!
