Facebook account linked to Spotify has been disabled

I was using a Facebook account to log in Spotify, but that account has been permanently banned. That account was an owner of the Spotify Family program. I'd like to what will happen to that people who were in it (do I have to create another Spotify Family account?); if I could recover my account and link it to another Facebook or even if a could recover my playlists.
