Facebook account log in and lost all track and my premium!!!!

I have being using spotify with my facebook account for years and I have premium on it. Yesterday I simply couldn't log in to spotify on both my phone and pc. So I went to facebook to delete the app link and log into spotify to log in with facebook again. it works, but my account is entirely blank now!! all my playlists and premium are gone!

It sounds like you may have multiple Spotify accounts. I suggest following these steps to see if you can get back to the Premium account.
