Facebook account sync'd to wrong Spotify account.

Hello, my issue is I created a free spotify years ago that i had my Facebook sync'd to. I totally forgot about it and now I have a new premium account with a different email address. How do I remove my Facebook off of the old free account so I can sync it to my premium Spotify?
