Facebook account vanished

Hi,

The master account for our family plan is not accessible anymore. It seems to have vanished. The login was through facebook but I cannot login with Spotify using my facebook password. I always get a message saying "You don't have a Spotify account, that is connected to your facebook account" (translated from German). But I checked in facebook and there is a Spotify account connected!

Password reset also doesn't work because Spotify recognises the email as a facebook address.

We need access to this account to manage the other members in our family plan. Please help!
