My Question or Issue

 So recently i signed up for spotify family. I had an account before but i deleted it, because i wanted to start all over. Everything was okay, premium worked and music sounded great, but then i wanted to add facebook to my account. Previosly i was registered with facebook on spotify, later deleted it. Now when i want to add facebook to my new account, it shows that it's connected  but no friends are found. It looks like this: First screen ( http://prntscr.com/mf2q1n ) Second screen ( http://prntscr.com/mf2q4j ). In the ''follow'' section it just goes round and round for years. In the settings facebook shows me that i'm connected. How can i fix this? And btw it's like this for both apps, desktop and mobile. And i'm using my home network, not public or anything else, so facebook should make a safe connection and data transfer between spotify and itself.

Try to ddisconnect your old Spotify account from your Facebook account following these steps https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/Tutorial-How-to-Disconnect-Spotify-from-Facebook/td-p/2472....

Then connect again with your new account using these steps: https://support.spotify.com/sk/account_payment_help/account_basics/using-spotify-with-facebook/

If this doesn't work try reaching out to Spotify Cares on Twitter or Facebook to delete any account that is connected to.
