Hello @sNexy and welcome to the community!

To disconnect your Spotify account from Facebook:

  1. Open the Spotify desktop app.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the dropdown menu arrow, then Settings.
  3. Under Social, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK.

Note: It’s not possible to complete these steps on mobile.

If you’re not seeing this option, it means you created your account with Facebook, so it’s not possible to disconnect. If this is the case, check out your next steps at this support article.

Let us know how it works for you!

Hi @sNexy

It's currently not possible to change your username. However, if you want to see that in the future, please add your vote to this idea

If your Spotify account is linked with Facebook and your Facebook name and profile picture are not displaying on Spotify, head here and make sure "Process my Facebook data" is enabled. If it is, please toggle it off and back on.

If you can't change your profile picture via desktop at all, add your vote here and provide all the information needed to make sure, you'll get all the future updates regarding that topic.

I registered with Facebook on start. I just want to change my profile picture I don't want to unlink or anything.

Hi @sNexy

There's no need to disconnect your Spotify form Facebook, if you don't want to.

If you want your Facebook name and profile picture displayed on Spotify as well, check if "Process my Facebook data" is enabled here.

If it is and it's still not displaying the correct info, please toggle it off and back on.

If you can't change your profile picture via desktop at all, it might be connected to an ongoing issue.

If that's something you're experiencing, please add your vote there and provide all the information needed, to make sure you'll get all the updates on that case.
