Facebook and Spotify

Hello. I have some problems with my spotify, i have an email registred on my account, but it is also registred on a facebook account that was created for some reason, so i was woundering if it is possible to merg those two ? every time i try to change something on my spotify profile it says that my email is taken, so i can't change anything.

Simply log into your Spotify with the username 'wiman92' and your Spotify password, click on 'Preferences' ('Edit' in Windows, 'Spotify' on Mac) and scroll down to 'Connect to Facebook'. Should be nice and simple.
