Facebook and Student discount problems

I have made a new facebook and spotify account and linked the new spotify account up to my card and tried to connect it to my student discount card. However I am worried that because my old spotify account wasn't deleted I will keep on paying for the subscription and have no way to cancel it because it was linked to my facebook account which is now deleted. I am also unable to use my student discount card because I have already used it on my previous soptify account.

Pleas help me to solve these problems

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to make sure your old account is cancelled and move that student discount over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
