Facebook and login

I currently have a spotify that I pay for the premium with and it is linked to my facebook account. I have deactivated facebook and do not want to reactivate to keep spotify. Is there a way for me to copy those play lists and have my account transfered over to my new account so I do not have to keep facebook. I am frustrated because I have been paying for this and now I can't use it without a facebook how is that possible? Please help.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in migrating everything over to a new, non-Facebook account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

After I click on the link it takes me to the screen that has the 1 , 2 , 3. I am able to select an option from 1 but no other field  lights up for me to populate? Am I doing something wrong?
