Facebook and original account merge

Hi,

I have two accounts. The original I made using a regular login. Then I seem to have a Facebook Spotify account as well. I am unable to connect my original account to facebook, it keeps failing. My Facebook account i made doesn't have any of the playlists or starred tracked i've compiled over the years.

Is there a way to merge these two accounts? they are both under the same email address.

Hi there @forests! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
