Facebook credentials not working in log-in page

Having trouble with logging into spotify to use premium features such as offline mode but wont let me as my facebook credentials wont work.

When i use the password restet page,it tells me that im using facebook to login and to put my details in but have tried many different combinations of what i think it would be but still no luck.what the f am i supposed to do now?

Have emailed the support page and finally someone replied...but its still not working.Any help would be appreciated....i would like to use the full spotify services.
