Facebook deleted and no access to my email account

I've deleted my Facebook and I cant access my email account my phone is still logged in but on my new laptop I cant log in please help

In this case, I would recommend contacting Customer Support using this anonymous contact form. They’ll take a look and do their best to help.

Make sure that you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the anonymous contact form, so that the username and custom email fields will show up; that way, you can enter the information for the account that you’re having trouble logging in to.
