Facebook disonected and now my username won't change back to my name instead of numbers

I recently changed passwords to fb so it somehow disconected with my spotify account although I could still log in through fb my username changed to a string of numbers. I have tried:

-Disconecting and reconecting multiple times

-I checked the settings and the forums but couldn't find any help there

Hey @Joncolful

If you created your Spotify account with Facebook, I'd recommend you to create a new account with a different email address from the one you use for Facebook. That will give you a Spotify username, independent of any Facebook account.
Once you have this new account, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you migrate your Premium privileges (if you have them) to this new account.

If you like you can link this new account to your Facebook after the switch.
