Facebook email and student account issues

I just tried to update to the student account, but every time I click on the link at spotify.com/us/student, it just redirects me to my account page. I tried changing my email to my .edu email to see if that helped, but when I changed the email through facebook, it didn't update in spotify. Is there a way for me to get the student deal and get my proper email linked to spotify? Thanks!

Sorry, some people have been having ptoblems with the student discount page.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
