Facebook keeps disconnecting from Spotify

Hello!

If I close Spotify on desktop or mobile, Facebook disconnects. If I log in again, the next start I'm disconnected again. Plus when I'm connected, I can't see my friends even though they connected to Facebook. It was not a problem back then, this problem started from some months ago. And if I'm not connected to Facebook, I still can log in to Spotify whith Facebook account, so I don't understand this.

And yeah, I've got only one Facebook and Spotify account, so that should not be the problem.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you having this issue, it feels like a small connectivity thing that can be solved easily.

1. Please log in your account page online and click on "Sign Out Everywhere".

2. Use this help guide to reconnect Spotify and FB again.

3. In addition, i'd also use this help guide to manage memory usageas it might help.

Thank you for your answer, but I already did these steps.

I can't follow my friends, but I know they are connected to FB, it says that none of my friends are using Spotify.
