Facebook login fail.

Hi there,

I'm a Spotify Free user with a Facebook login, and my login has failed even after I checked my email and password. I've also tried changing my Facebook password as the Help FAQ suggested and reinstalling the program on my computer, but I still can't access my account. The only thing my login wors for is the website. Please send help ASAP! Thank you!

Does clicking a Play button within Facebook help to force a login?

Actually, I just tried forcing that login by song again, and it worked! But if I try to log out and back in with my email, it still doesn't recognize my login. Is there any way I can fix my login access as well? I just want to make sure everything works properly again, but thank you so much for your solution! I finally have music in my house again!

I'm glad that works, though I'm not sure why the normal login wouldn't work for you. Perhaps try resetting your FB password?

This has happened to me also, my email and password are correct. Can't log in by either Facebook or spotify. Not impressed after signing up for premium just this week.....
