My Question or Issue

Hi guys and girls,

I'm finding mostly outdated posts from 2012 - 2015 on this and I'm not sure if anything changed since, so apologies if such topic already exists.

My question is if I'm able to change my login from Facebook sign-in to regular email sign-in. 

Re-creating the account would not be an available option for me unless there's a quick way to transfer all my playlists and local (offline) data over. Does Spotify provide such service and if so how do I set that up?

In order to disconnect your Facebook account from your Spotify account, you'll have to follow the steps provided on this help page.

If creating a new account is an option for you, please check out this Spotify Answer to learn how to transfer you data safely.
