Facebook name won't show up even though it says it's connected?

My Question or Issue

My Spotify account has been linked to my Facebook since the beginning, and when I switched to a family plan, it didn't change my name, but a few months ago it stopped showing my Facebook name and instead is showing a string of numbers which I assume is my username. On Facebook, it says it's connected to Spotify, but on my Spotify account settings, it doesn't show up in my approved applications. How can I get my full name back as my username without making a whole new account?
