Facebook privacy concerns

I know there has been many topics about Facebook and the way how to disconnect your Spotify account, however this is quite a hassle.
Due to the big privacy concerns from Facebook recently to me it seems Spotify has to make the switch a lot easier.
What does the community think and I hope Spoitfy will make a point of abbandon the contacts with Facebook.

I agree, and I wonder why Spotify has remained so silent on this matter. I am on a paid student account, with a lot of playlists and tracks saved over the past few years. 

If I can't bring my playlists with when I disconnect my Spotify from FB, or keep my student subscription, then I'm simply moving to Apple Music, as I have an iTunes account.
