Facebook somehow disconnected from spotify account

Hi!

I initially made my Spotify account using Facebook. I used it for months with no problem. Something happened when I tried to log in recently though. Now my Facebook account is connected to an entirely new account with a new username - 1299022684. I can still find my old account that WAS attached to my Facebook under my old username - 1246081394. All my playlists and all are still intact. However, when I try to reset my password, it tells me since the account was made with Facebook credentials I need to reset the password through Facebook. When I try to do that, it changes things for the new account. 

Is there any way connect my Facebook to the right account, or to delete the duplicate account and be able to access my original account? Since some of my playlists were private, there's no way I could see them to even recreate them on my new account.
