Facebook to email account

Hi,

 

I wish to deactivate Facebook from Spotify and start a new account with the same email address as the one I use for my Facebook account. I have tried simply removing Spotify from my Facebook account, but when I go to sign up again with Spotify, it says that the email is already taken.

Some help would be much appreciated.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
