My Question or Issue

I have vinculated my spotify account with facebook, but my name and photo does not appear at my account. What can I do?

Thanks for getting back in touch!
I'm happy to hear that your profile picture was updated.

Could you try changing your display name following these steps? Keep in mind that you will need to use a mobile device/tablet to change the display name.

Hey @PKCPablo, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you recently connected your account with Facebook, give it about 24-72 hours for the name and your profile picture to show on Spotify. 

 

If it's been more than 3 days and nothing is being updated, reply here and I'll see what else to suggest.

Actually, my profile photo has been updated but the name does not and keep appearing the last one. Any solution?
