Facebook was hacked, can't use Spotify

My Question or Issue

My Facebook profile was hacked, and I cannot get it back. It may have been deleted. This means I can't use Spotify. Is there anything I can do to either recover, move or terminate my account?

Could you try and perform a password reset? You'll be able to log in with your email address and the new password. I'd also you to log out everywhere from your account page once you've regained access.

I cannot get my password back, as they changed my security settings and all of my questions. They have locked it down completely.

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please ensure that this is an email that has not been compromised and that you still have access to it!
