Facebook won't re-link to my account?

Device: iPhone and Macbook Pro

Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.2

My Question or Issue:

About a month ago, Facebook seemed to disconnect from my Spotify, and now I am back to my old username + lack of profile photo. I like to have Facebook connected so that my full name & image display, however when I re-connected Facebook (multiple attempts), it said it re-connected but my profile still looks the same. I was hoping to resolve this.

Hey @j98oc, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you haven't already, could you try connecting your account with Facebook following these steps using a different browser or private window? 

Once you've done that, please allow 24-48 hours for the changes to sync and let me know what happens.
