I have 2 accounts one free and a premium one. The free one logs in by Facebook the other I sign in. How do I switch to the other account so as I can sign in by Facebook with my premium account

It seems you have 2 Spotify accounts - like you said one's Free and the other's Premium - Just send over the account details here https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/. The Support Team will be happy to transfer all your awesome stuff to the account you want to keep.
