Help. I signed up with Facebook on my phone and now I don't have a username to login with on any other device!

When you first registered for Spotify, you may have used the Facebook login option. But now, if you'd like to change to an account using your email, there is a way to do that.

If you want an account registered with your email address, you need to make a new account using the "Create an account using my email address" link on the registration page.

You can then get in touch with customer service using the online contact form if you would like your playlists moved over to your new account.
