I signed the Spotify Premium on December 27, because Spotify was offering a promotion of 16 BRL worth 3 months of Spotify Premium, but spent 1 month and Spotify Premium is already exhausted ... I want my 2 months of Spotify that I still have . The promotion was to pay 16 BRL for 3 months paying by 31 December and I made the payment before 31 December

All Spotify offers require a recurrent payment method (such as a credit card in order to be purchased). This is because our system needs to ensure that your Premium subscription is renewed automatically.

Since Boleto is not a recurring payment method, it seems that you purchased 1 month of Premium at the regular rate on your account. We hope this clears things up.
