Fail to Purchase Multiple Premium Gift e-Cards

I'm trying to purchase several gift e-cards. The first one was successful but the subsequent ones have been failing. The message that I was given is, "Payment was declined. You may need to check that your card is enabled for international e-commerce. Contact your bank or use another payment method."

 

I've checked with my bank. According to them, only the first purchase two days ago appear in their records. All other attempts did not reach them. They advised me to contact Spotify.

 

I attempted multiple times with different credit cards, the same message is returned.
