Failed gift card redemption

My Question or Issue

Tried to redeem 5 $30 gift cards but the last one generated the error messages “You can't apply this Premium code to your account. This is likely because you have an existing Premium subscription that cannot be combined with a Premium code.”

I know max redemption is 18 months but $150 of gift cards is just under 15 months with premium being $11.99 for individual accounts.

Please keep in mind the Gift Cards don't have a balance of $30. Each of them costs that amount, but it grants the whole 3 months of Premium regardless of the fact that the price for Premium Individual is slightly higher.

I recommend double-checking the date when your Premium plan will end here. You can also visit this page to see the Gift Cards that were successfully redeemed.

If you'd like to redeem another Gift Card, I recommend waiting another month and then trying it again, to avoid reaching the limit.
