Failed to enable spotify social

My spotify refuses to sync with Facebook, I've tried asking for help before but only got generic solutions such as "reinstall Spotify".

When I signed up for Spotify with my previous Facebook account I grew fond of the service, however since I was going abroad I disabled (deleted) my Facebook account. Now that I'm back I started using Spotify once again but with a new Facebook account (login data identical to the previously removed one)

However this somehow creates a error, spotify social refuses to do any synching with Facebook. It does install the app on FB however no data seems to be exchanged..

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Petro1212 - Welcome to the Community! It looks like your 'petro1212' account was created before the Facebook integration, and isn't currently linked to any Facebook account. If you log in, then head to 'File' > 'Connect to Facebook', it should sort it.
