False Payment for My Account

I have ever appled for Premium for Student, and you didn't accept my application but made a payment for my card. I want to know why this happened and need my money back.

Hi there, and welcome to the community 🙂

 

It looks like your Student Discount did not go through, as the charge appears as "pending" in your bank statement.

 

This means your bank has put a temporary authorisation on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

 

Once the bank confirms your Student Discount failed to go through successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.
