Ik heb vandaag een famile account aangeschaft en als ik iemand uitnodig die die al gebruik maakt van hetzelfde account dan krijgt zij de melding dat zij geen lid kan worden, want u bent al lid. Helaas kunnen wij nu niet gelijktijdig naar Spotify luisteren?

Kunt u mij aangeven wat te doen?

They're probably trying to accept the invite while being logged into your account. All family members must have their own Spotify account to be able to accept the Premium for Family invite.

If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up to Spotify at https://spotify.com/signup.
