Familie doesn't work anymore

Familie doesn't work anymore

I have a familiy supscription in Germany and until 3 month ago it worked for me and my boys.

3 month ago, they got email to verify living at same address.

They replied but were kicked out.

I've re-send invite and accepting it they got decline: not allowed to re-join.

They found out that with a new account they could re-activate but now the strange think comes: they got accepted to a completly unrelated account name: John xxxx.

 

After a month, same storry again: e-mail to verify living at same address, get kicked out, only able to join with a new account but getting confirmation with same wrong account name.

 

Is there a way to fix this other than quit Spotify?

Hey @leuchtroth

 

If you're the Family Admin, send the invites again, and let them accept the invite logged in with their own username in the app and in the website.

 

They should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of them being left out.
