Family Account Stopped today!!

Family Account Stopped today!!

all my Family members we're Kicked Out of The Premium Family Abo today. Reason: not Same adress...but unfortunately in my Account (im the Main User)there is No Postal Code saved. Also No adress saved in Facebook. 

And i paid one year in advance so Not Sure If i can cancel my Account to start a new Account and then loose the Money for the remaining months Back until the end of my payments. Can sbd. Please Help. Thanks in advance Uli

Hey @Uli3,

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. 

 

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, they may restore their Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. They can also check out Spotify's other trials and offers

Thanks but my Family members all put in our Same adress. But in MY spotify Main Account there is No adress, only country...and i dont know where and how to put it in for me...please See Attachment

You were asked to enter an address at the beginning of your Premium for Family subscription.

 

Please note that it's not possible to view or change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

I was Not asked for an adress three years ago. We lived abroad at that time. Otherwise there would be an Postal Code shown, right? If i cancel my existing Account what Happens to my Money i paid in advance until April 2018 and to all my Playlists?

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they take a closer look at this.
