Hello, got a new phone and trying to log on to Spotify account that is connected to a family account, but its not working. Would the username and password be the same as the plan manager family member?

thanks for reaching out to the community !
If you are a Premium for Family plan owner that means you've had either a Free or a Premium account before that was upgraded to the plan.
This means that your credentials are the same credentials you used before as nothing in the account changed but the type of subscription.
If you are a Premium for Family invited member, you also had an account before being invited and added on to the plan so the credentials are the same as well.
If you're currently experiencing issues logging in to your account i suggest checking and following the steps provided on this official help page.
