Family Account Will Not Add me

Family Account Will Not Add me

I was added to my family plan but it says that I live in a different country (which I not). The problem may be due to the fact that I have been using a credit card from a different country to pay for my premium account (but I do live with my family)... When I go to account overview it shows the country where my credit card was issued, but when I click on edit profile it shows the country I live in... Please Help!

Hey @farata,

 

If you're not paying the Family subscription, you should delete your payment information, so you can edit your country in your profile to the correct one.
