Family Account seems not to be working anymore

Dear Support,

 

My family has a family plan which runs on the credit card from my dad. In the account settings it shows, that Spotify Family is active and will be renewed today. I'm pretty sure my dad's credit card hasn't reached the limit. If you want to manage Spotify Family there's an error message showing: "With this account no family abonment is linked". You can see that in the screenshot (which is in german).

I'm pretty sure the newest payment didn't go through, but that most certainly is caused on your side.


I'd be glad for some help.

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
