[Family] Allow Family Members with a different Address

I am currently on vacation visiting my parents in Canada. My husband tried to put me on the family plan (in Mexico), but it says we cannot because we are in two different countries (I am a resident in Mexico and we share the same residence). Is there a way to correct this or do I have to wait until I am back in Mexico?

Yes, there is a way. Just let your husband add your account by himself. How? Easy, if your account is in the Free status, just give your login details to your husband, make your husband change your account country from Canada to Mexico, and then use the invitation link and enter the address of your home.

 

This must be done from your husband's country, that is, he should do all of this when he's in Mexico. You're getting error because you're trying to setup your account from Canada, which is not accepted. Once your account is Premium, you can use it wherever you want.
