I’m having trouble redeeming this code. I have this 20 digits my phone number and the receipt number, but when I try to redeem it it says it’s not a valid code. I paid for like 3 months subscription to this and this is my first time doing it

About your issue, note that the codes are not redeemable for Premium for Family or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.

So if you are trying to pay for the Premium for Family using the gift card, you won't be able to do it.
