Family Member Problems

hi, my username is mctosima, im using mac and android, my issue is my family members was disappeared from "Family Member". Maybe it because my address as administrator didnt match with them. I think i was entering a wrong address when register. Pls help 🙂 

I already contact spotify via facebook, twiter, email. No rspond.

support center cancel my subscribtion so i can resubscribe again. but after i resubscribe, there is no address form to fill. Confused 😞

I think you'll be asked to enter an address when you try to invite your first member.
