Family Member got Kicked Out

Family Member got Kicked Out

here's what i met.
I invited my family member to join this plan, typed same address but recieved an email said that account can't be verified(something like that). if i send an invitation again, still showing "can't be verified".
Is there any way to response to spotify directly?? (email or others)
plz help me and thank you
